New Years Resolution

I promised not to do one, but I just can't help it. Here's what I wrote for last year:

Let me write my new years resolutions before I forget them.
- Don't be such a spaz
- Be more optimistic (done)
- Devote more of my time helping others (done)

2009 is almost over, and I'm still a spaz, but I guess it's not a bad thing; it's kind of entertaining. This year was particularly a bad one, but there were some good things that came out of it:

friendships got stronger
gained lots of wisdom
realized my family is close knitted
I'm entertained by the school's newspaper
Got free texting, drivers license, phone

So my New Years Resolution for 2010 are:
-Focus on my Art
-Wear dresses more often
-Read more books (Suggest books to me!)
-Expand my vocabulary
-Stop cussing casually, only when aggravated

Christmas Present To Myself

I don't know about you, but I do my best thinking in the shower. Next time you take a shower, fixing your car, or running, think about this question.

So when did the word "Naughty" started getting a sexual connotation?

Christmas is coming in REAL soon! I'm excited for the looks on my friends faces when I give them their gifts. I love to buy things for people, but I hate spending. The best part is presentation, I love wrapping presents! Today I went to the Northridge mall by myself, and I ended up buying more stuff for myself than for my friends. It's okay, I deserve it. I've been working so hard for finals week, especially last week because my teachers like to have things due early. Okay, okay, so let me tell you my favorite thing that I bought for myself.

My GOD! Jessica Simpson Fancy perfume smells soooo good! I can't describe it. According to Fragrancenet.com, Fancy has fragrance notes of :

amber crystals
apricot nectar
pear
gardenia
jasmine
caramel
vanilla crème
sandalwood
red fruits
toasted almonds

It just smells so sweet to me, and I feel all cutesy and princessy when I put it on. So I went to Macy's to get it, and I wasn't suppose to get anything free unless I bought the set or the bigger bottle. But I worked my charm on her (jk, I gots none), and she gave me a Paris Hilton wheely bag. SWEET. I love free stuff.

I Don't Think I'll See This In the Club

Tecktonic is a kind of dance scene and lifestyle that is real big in Europe. I don't think it's going to get big in the States, but I may be wrong. I remember watching this a year ago, and I busted out laughing when I saw the guys do it (video below). It's kinda cute when girls dance to it.

Wavy Guys

No one knows my love for these wavy men until now. I literally laugh out loud when I see these at car dealerships. Someone get me one please! Whatever Honda dealership with one of these wavy men outside, will win my heart.

If a Genie granted me one wish, I would wish for a few more wishes. And in one of those few wishes, I'd wish that I can dance. You'll see why.

Forget the grinding and humping, if I had the talent I would so bust out the Charleston, Swing, Jitterbug, or Lindyhop in the club.

Don't Pull Up the Race Card

I have to admit, I love the art of insults. But what really gets to me is when people bring in the race card. It's so unorignal and obviously shows that their lacking in jokes. Especially with Asian stereotypes. Here's a perfect example:

Lottery Plans

If I ever won the lottery, this would be a reminder of what I should do with the money in case it gets to my head.

1) Get Protection, incase anyone wanted to kidnapp me
2) Buy a 3 bedroom house for my parents in Chinatown
3) Pay off my sister's house and car
4) Buy an apartment building for my brother
5) Give extra-spending money to my parents
6) Hire my sister to watch my spending
7) Buy a condo near campus
8) Buy a Honda Clarity or one of those Environmental Friendly cars so I can intern or work
9) Give charity anonymously to the projects so the kids can stay out of the streets
10) Set aside money for graduate school
11) Put the rest in the bank and collect interest

Bike Messengers

I have this love-hate relationship with these hipsters/midnight riders/bike messengers. I know that this is just a new scene and it's going to blow over once environmental friendly cars are affordable. But it makes me sick to my stomach on how many people are getting into this scene. At the same time I think it's kind of sexy when guys ride their road bikes, even sexier when girls do it. Here is a table of my reasons for my contradicting feelings:

Okay so if you don't know what's going on here, the Black woman was taking up two seats, and the Chinese woman said, "Excuse me" so that she'd be able to sit. One thing led to another and they got into a fight. I don't understand why people can't be considerate and move aside or even just ignore their rudeness? Is it really worth fighting for a seat? People are just so rude these days!! Luckily no one pulled out a blade or a gun. But all in all, they were both wrong and it was a GREAT fight.

Meatless Day 3 END

It's over! I get to eat meat again. Hallelujah! Praise the LORD! I will definitely flip my tote bag, and never again will I go Vegetarian. The photograph below is the perfect depiction of how I'm feeling right now:

 

Midnight Snack: Few bites of leftovers

 

2AM Snack: Mixed Greens with Ranch and French Fried Onions

Lunch: Half of everything on that plate, Vegtarian Lasaga, Mashpotatoes, Bread Stick, and a Mountain Dew

Afternoon Snack: More Leftovers

Dinner: 2 helpings of Vegetable (Red Skinned Potatoes, Mushrooms, Carrots, and Onions) Curry with Jasmine Rice

Meatless Day 2

I miss you dear dear meat :[ All I can think of is, you.

Midnight Snack: Bagel with Cream Cheese, Grapes, Cucumber Water, a handful of Hot Fries, and a Cellphone (i joke)

2am Snack: Vegetarian Dumplings with Sirracha, and whatever is left in that Minute Maid bottle

Breakfast: Half of that Peanut Butter bar

Lunch: 2 Mushroom, Avocado, and Onion Quesadilla, Salsa, whatever is left in that Green Tea Bottle, and one straw of Twizzler candy

Dinner: 2 helpings of Green Bean Casserole, Fettuccine Alfredo, and 2 cups of Aloe Vera Drink
