GuangZhao, China. I remember my uncle picked us up and he had the biggest mole, with the hair growing out of it.

I never slept over a friends house. I was never allowed to.

Rough Draft, so many changes went on!

Flier I just created for my school's upcoming event. It is a 3 day event with a Fair and 2 Guest Speakers. This event is primarily to spread awareness of the growing epidemic of eating disorders and body image. The theme given to me was Hollywood and Glamor. This was a huge challenge for me because I did not want to include any images of human bodies and movie stars. It would have contradicted the event, and might have offended someone. I'm happy with the result, it's my modern take on Art Deco.

I wish all of you are having a lovely and safe Holiday. Next up, New Years! What are my New Years resolution you may ask? Why if you would like to know:

• Start showing my work in this blog.
I've been shy about putting my work in public, but I know being shy won't get me no where.

Sleep Paralysis

FUCK YOU sleep paralysis!! I kept having it continuously in my nap. I remember my dream so clearly. I was lying on my bed, and all of a sudden I felt a lot of pressure on my body, like I was being squished. It got so uncomfortable that I started to scream for help, and violently move my body. Then I remembered reading somewhere if you wiggle your big toe, you'd wake up. So I busted a Kill Bill and did just that. I woke up.... within another dream. FML. So I had to wiggle my big toe out of another dream.

Just today, I had another one, where my house was all creepy and dark, and at the same time had this bluish glow. Somehow I panicked and tried to move my body in reality but I ended up making my way through a hallway and I saw some fucking dark human figures hanging upside down, their heads were twitching and jerking like I had pressed fast forward on a VCR. They were all up in my face, and I felt so much pressure. I screamed and tried to get away from them, and then I saw my dad at the end of the hallway. Of course I ran to him and hugged him. Then I woke up.

I got to stop sleeping on my back.

Got some Christmas shopping done, traded secrets with artists, found some friends, saw like 2 people from Wong Fu productions, and treated myself to a silkscreen. Then got hooked up with white hot chocolate with mini boba and celebrated my dad's 71th birthday with a Phoenix Bakery cake. Yum.

So what did I do today... alone? I had Special K cereal with almond milk, went to print my etching at the print lab, biked back to the apt, ate a banana, chatted online, bathe the brat, took the trash out, took a shower, did a facial, made dinner (pasta and chicken), and ate it while watching FRED the Movie on Nick. Yeah, I know. I'm pretty wild.

Sweet! Just in; Will is picking me up to do something random at 10pm. Guess I'm not a loner no more.
